All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery is carried out from Monday to Saturday according to the schedule of the selected delivery service.
The cost of international delivery depends on the recipient country, package weight, and dimensions. Orders may be subject to customs fees according to your country’s legislation. The international delivery time usually takes 7-21 days but may vary depending on the postal service.
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

Free delivery for orders over 500 UAH. For orders up to 500 UAH, delivery cost is 50 UAH. Delivery takes 1-3 business days.
Nova Poshta (pickup)
Free delivery for orders over 600 UAH. For orders up to 600 UAH, delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s rates. Delivery time is 1-3 business days. Valid ID required for pickup.
Nova Poshta (parcel locker)
Free delivery for orders over 300 UAH. For orders under 300 UAH, delivery cost is calculated by the carrier’s rates. Delivery time is 1-3 business days. Pickup via SMS code or Nova Poshta app. Parcels stored in locker up to 4 days.
Nova Poshta (courier)
Free delivery for orders over 500 UAH. For orders up to 500 UAH, delivery cost is calculated by the carrier’s rates. Delivery time depends on region and is 1-3 business days. Courier will contact you to arrange delivery time.
Ukrposhta (pickup)
Free delivery for orders over 500 UAH. For orders up to 500 UAH, delivery cost is calculated by the carrier’s rates. Delivery time depends on region and takes 3-7 business days.
Ukrposhta (parcel locker)

Delivery cost calculated individually depending on weight and destination country. Delivery time 2–7 business days. Valid ID required for pickup.
